Return & Refund Policy

At OHSOPURPLE, we are committed to providing high‑quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience across Pakistan. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare/personal care products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty or incorrect)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Custom or special‑order products


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect product.

  2. Email us at support@ohsopurple.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return, along with the photos.

  4. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds & Store Credit

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will issue either:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • A store credit voucher equal to the returned item value.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@ohsopurple.com.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@ohsopurple.com with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
